As part of their ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team, focusing on developing and closing complex software deals across Belgium.

Role and Responsibilities:
đ New Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing high-value software deals within key verticals.
đ Account Management: Leverage existing accounts while actively hunting for new opportunities to maximise revenue.
đŒÂ Strategic Sales Approach: Engage with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to demonstrate business value and outcomes.
đ„Â Customer Engagement:Â Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning software solutions that deliver tangible ROI.
đ Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the region.
đ Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, positioning our clientâs solutions as market leaders.
đĄÂ Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Key Qualifications:
đ Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in complex software sales, with a track record of securing high-value deals in sectors such as Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or Aerospace.
đĄÂ Hunter Mentality: A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales, with the ability to generate new leads and drive pipeline growth.
đ„Â Relationship Builder:Â Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels, including senior executives.
đ Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate software solutions, working with technical teams to address client needs.
đ Languages: Fluency in English and French is preferred; Dutch is a plus.
đŒÂ Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into manufacturing and industrial verticals is highly desirable.
