📍 Location: Stockholm (Hybrid Office Model)

💰 Salary: 1M – 1.1M SEK + Uncapped OTE

 

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing technology leader in the Data and Cloud space.

 

This is a hybrid role, with a strong focus on new business, targeting commercial and enterprise customers.

You will be supported by locally-based, technical pre-sales specialists and a Nordic Channel Manager to accelerate your pipeline and success in the region.

 

The Role

✅ Driving new business acquisition across Sweden’s commercial and enterprise segments

✅ Engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers in outcome-driven conversations about their business, pains and goals around data

✅ Navigating complex sales cycles, identifying pain points and aligning solutions to customer impact

✅ Ability to navigate and close high-value deals ($500K+) with a consultative approach, leveraging the expertise of internal technical teams

✅ Collaborating with channel partners to maximise reach and revenue

 

What You Bring

🔹 Proven track record of winning net-new business in a complex Data sales environment

🔹 Experience engaging with commercial and enterprise clients, leading high-value sales conversations

🔹 Strong ability to articulate business value, customer pain points, and long-term impact

🔹 Experience managing complex sales cycles, working closely with technical pre-sales teams

🔹 A results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality and passion for closing big-ticket deals
