Job Description

Job Title: Sales Leader – Google Cloud
Location: UK Wide (Preference for England)
Salary: £125k basic and £250k uncapped OTE

You will be given an established team of 3 sales consultants who are all experienced field base salespeople earning well over £150-200k+ a year

You role is not to motivate them as they are already very motivated and have 2/3 times coverage of their pipeline, so they are already on course to hit target

The job is to mentor and coach them to become even better but in a consultantive way

You will be respected as you will gave loads of experience of selling cloud solutions (Google, AWS, Microsoft Azure etc) into large commercial account at senior levels and with coaching and mentoring brilliant salespeople to become even better

You will help the team to get from 2/3 times coverage to 6/7 times

Knowledge & Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience selling Cloud with detailed understanding
  • 3years + pure man-management of a sales team
  • Good commercial experience, not really Public Sector
  • Based in England, anywhere, ideal Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London
  • A solid commercial understanding with ability to influence and inspire colleagues.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality, winning pitches and presentations at board level
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Sector market and a desire to engage new and existing clients
