Health Account Manager - AI, Software solution vendor

Location: UK Wide.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 basic - 1st Year OTE £100,000 - £120,000 (uncapped) + Excellent benefits

Operating with over 85% of the target market already in the UK. The business continues to grow through acquisition and have a requirement for a skilled Account Manager to work with a portfolio of long established clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and inspiring Account Manager that wants to be part of a leader and innovator in the Software Industry selling to Healthcare. Privately owned business with no debt - huge investment and lots of sales expansion plans. All cash positive!


· As a member of the senior sales team, the business will place on you the trust and responsibility to grow the sales revenue of this key account base. You will be solution orientated, identifying opportunities for growth and making clear and actionable recommendations as to how to capitalise on them.

· You will have a proven track record of delivering fantastic client outcomes, enjoy building lasting business relationships and flourish in a culture where the mantra is "we're in this together!"

· The role will suit someone who'd like to spend 95% of their time working with colleagues and customers across UK. Travel will be minimal so this is perfect for someone remote based looking to work with customers digitally while re-balancing their family/work/home time following the pandemic.

·  You will set up and manage the customer base to drive excellence across all sales metrics, from conversion rates and length of sales cycle, to deal size and individual targets. You'll be comfortable conversing with Business Operation decision makers who have a focus on citizen care and able to hold compelling discussions around new innovative healthcare software solutions.

· You will own the sales number for your account base and will work with other internal departments to ensure that the customer receives a seamless journey from inception to roll out and beyond.


· Demonstrable track record of achievements and performance against targets - able to talk through succinctly through previous successes with NHS Trusts and other Healthcare organisations, the implementation of sales process and growing out accounts.

· You have built demonstrable lasting customer relationships in the past, strategically and with a high-level focus of positive client experience.

· You will have ideally 3+ years solution selling to Health customers, achieved ambitious sales targets and successfully executed growth plans across a client base.

· You’ll be ambitious for yourself, the company and your customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the business achieve its lofty ambitions.

· We are looking for someone who is keen to jump in, learn quickly and has the confidence and positivity to face challenges head on and be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter.
