Head of Sales - USA
Salary: Up to $150,000 + OTE + benefits
Location: Ideally based in Texas, but remote working can be considered
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, organised and enthusiastic Head of Sales to join our client's Texas based team! We're very interested in speaking to people that thrive on business development and above all, bringing in new business.
The role
  • The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of achieving and growing sales from a recurring enterprise software model.
  • Value based selling should be integral to your approach.
  • Oil industry experience or selling SAAS directly to US based companies, is preferred.
  • The role blends a position on the Leadership Team, managing and developing a small sales team and focusing on continuing to sell as an individual.

About the candidate
We are looking for an ambitious business development person to play a vital role in their next stage of growth and beyond. Ideally, the candidate should be based in Texas, but remote working can be considered.
The following skills are a must for successfully performing this role:
  • Previous experience in managing a successful new business sales team
  • Experienced in consultative / solution selling
  • Track record in B2B SaaS sales
  • Comfortable articulating business value to senior executives (C and V level)
  • Proficient in sales reporting and CRM use
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Growth mindset, willing to continue learning and developing
