Do you want to work for a Pre-IPO software vendor who is leading the way in Data Backup and Recovery? We are working with a super exciting business who are looking to add hungry, motivated sales people to their team in the UK.




  • Demonstrate passion about being part of a team focused on helping businesses to keep their business up and running 24x7
  • Absorb the Sales Development Playbook and be ready to start contacting new prospects 10 days from the start date
  • Commit to understanding/owning their territory and becoming a trusted member of the ADR Org while collaborating with their Account Executives
  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools like ZoomInfo and engagement automation platforms like SalesLoft
  • Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touches using SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and Engagio
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VP of IT, Director of Infrastructure, and Cloud Architects
  • Work closely with the sales team in the ongoing optimization of strategic sales approaches
  • Provide insights to, and collaborate with, Marketing to ensure inbound lead flow is the highest quality possible
  • Extensive use of Salesforce CRM to build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects
  • Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better every day and be open to feedback
