Location: Commutable to Manchester
Salary: £60-70,000 basic x2 OTE + Excellent benefits (Including stock options)

- Build and manage a team of successful, managed services salespeople based from Manchester. Reporting directly into the CEO.
- Implement a successful go-to-market strategy, working alongside the marketing team, also based in Manchester.
- This is a pure Management role. Develop and build effective lead generation strategies, train the sales team and hit annual targets of around £1m.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services businesses and working with Monthly Recurring Revenue targets (MRR)
- Previous experience of leading sales teams for a fast paced, high growth tech business.
- World-class leadership skills with a natural desire to win.
- The ability to prioritise goals and deliver against targets.
- Demonstrable success of creating and leading sales teams.
