ESP are currently hiring for a multi-award winning Microsoft Partner, who boast huge tech development capabilities and offer a fantastic suite of SaaS solutions all around Microsoft 365. Due to recent investment and off the back of having two record-breaking quarters this year, they are rapidly expanding their Munich field sales team!

 

They currently have headcount for multiple Account Executive's to join their winning team in a field based role, closing new logo deals with SMB's across DACH with support from both local lead generation, pre-sales and management. The business offers fantastic routes for fast progression within the business, are highly sociable and have an unrivalled focus on employee wellbeing and flexibility.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years experience in technology sales, a real passion for new business sales, is creative, high energy and really wants to invest in progressing their career long-term in an innovative and employee-centric software business.

 

Role Description:

 

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and following up with a high volume of cross-vertical leads from the SDR team, closing new logo business with SMB clients across DACH
  • Communicate and collaborate internally with pre-sales and lead generation teams to deliver the best service to your clients
  • Build and maintain new client relationships
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

 

Qualifications

  • Degree educated, 1-4 years of IT Sales experience from any tech domain
  • Have a strong understanding of different sales processes such as MEDDIC - musn't be afraid to try other creative approaches!
  • Good track record achieving financial targets/quotas
  • Adaptable, can-do, high energy attitude!
  • Fluent English and German

 

Package Details

  • Up to €100k OTE
  • Looking for immediate/ASAP starters
